Message from the VP In today's market customers want to know who and what drives a business. My name is Richard Carney, and my vision is to create software that is easy to use and performs well. I feel support should always be a part of the software and not an optional service. When designing software I keep this in mind: "Would I want to use this? Would I support this?"
